Carne Desire was a concept for a burger chain conceived for my Pattern class at the Maryland Institute College of Art.
Inspired by Mexican pulp comic art, Carne Desire is a local restaurant chain that understands that sometimes the best tasting food isn’t necessarily the food that is the best for you. Using only recycled paper bags and boxes, emulating the cheap paper that pulp comics were printed on, they embrace the grease thats prone to leaving stains.
A unique pattern was made for each element of packaging, featuring ingredients that went into the food that went into its respective packaging.
