2016 Anki RS & RSR by Harald Belker
Harald Belker is an automotive designer whose credits include the vehicle designs seen in Minority Report and Batman & Robin. Since 2012, he has worked for Anki, a Silicon Valley startup focused on robotics and artificial intelligence.
Anki has a history of designing unusual race cars with extreme proportions, but at 1/43 scale. The RS design showcases a full-sized Anki race car that is uncompromising while being beautifully balanced in its proportions. The complexity of the overall shape virtually compels the onlooker to view it from multiple angles. As extreme as the design is, nothing about it is extraneous or out of place.
The RS car features an open design, while the more aggressive RSR has an enclosed cockpit with larger spoilers and wings.

(from Harald Belker Press Release) ANKI RS
Named one of the Top 50 Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company, Anki is dedicated to bringing consumer robotics into everyday life, building on decades of scientific research to make artificial intelligence accessible to everyone.
After years of designing very unique Racecars that were not bigger than 1/43 scale but had extreme proportions, we were wondering what a real size Anki Racecar would look like. The scaled down Racecars were designed to evoke the same reaction that people experience when they see full size Sports and Race cars. Reflecting the same parameters of fun, functionality and aggressive form language.
Clear on the strategy, ANKI designer Harald Belker set out to design the ANKI-RS. (RS in this case stands for Race Simulator).
The design reflects the complete understanding of cutting edge technology and merges aerodynamic body shapes and artistic sculpting, to create a design that reflects everything that is new in the world of automotive design. With complete creative freedom given, the design reflects many of the trademarks that make our smaller versions so unique.
ANKI-RSR
The RSR is conceptualized for ultimate performance. Together with the now enclosed cab and more aggressive spoilers and wings, and therefore much improved aerodynamic profile the car is destined to be ultra competitive in the digital racing world. The RSR can temporarily produces up to 1227 hp, which should be enough to outperform any competition within the world of racing games.
