Breif: To pick a social cause of any kinds to shed an awareness on.
The topic I focused on was Child Abuse.
My reasoning behind selecting the topic:
A topic which is rarely shed light on. Seeing a child being harmed can be traumatising even for a child to witness be it any form of abuse, stays in the mind for a long time. Therefore, the objective of having it shown in the right manner that can be able even for a child to digest and understand was the objective.

My reasoning behind selecting the topic:
A topic which is rarely shed light on. Seeing a child being harmed can be traumatising even for a child to witness be it any form of abuse, stays in the mind for a long time. Therefore, the objective of having it shown in the right manner that can be able even for a child to digest and understand was the objective.
Child Abuse is often portrayed as a kid in the corner, frightened, a slight figure of harming a child. The concept is to be vague yet to be acknowledgeable as a toy or doll is a joyful comfort that makes a child feel secure which is why using this element becomes easier to understand the target audience.
(There are many various alternatives for the element to be replace with in this same area that can be explored to be displayed.)
The first image is of a doll being happy, untamed, pleasant, in a natural form while once a plastic sheet is placed over the image, a whole different perspective of the picture arises where the doll is being physically abused.

The title "Every child deserves to be happy" when seen in the first picture paints a happy image, an agreeable line while in the second picture it's true meaning stands out, a line that even questions oneself.

If you want to make a better future, treat and accept the child for who they are and not what they should become but themselves. Spend and spare time with your kids to show them affection. Guide them right. Let them speak their voice, let them have the space to express themselves without any barriers. If you think it's not right, question them, ask them and try understanding their thought process and guide it right if necessary verbally.
Please do not hit kids to teach them or any form of abuse or force/ pressure them into something unwillingly.
