Here are some screenshots of my working process. All the sculpting was done in Zbrush.
I started with a low poly model in a neutral pose trying to get a rough idea of the proportions.
After this I switched to a higher subdivision level to work on the detailed shapes of the face.
To achieve the final likeness of my reference I had do pose the head and ad all the tiny details like wrinkles, skinpores and hair.
With the highres model I switched to Cinema4d and played around with diffrent lighting setups and materials. In this case I used HDRLightStudio and Octane for the final render.
