Working with The First Word, I rewrote copy for the refreshed Allianz website in their new, more conversational tone of voice. Allianz wanted the new site to be more customer friendly. With that in mind, as well as making each page clear and easy-to-use, I also translated the industry jargon. This was to make sure Allianz was speaking the customer's language rather than using confusing insurance speak.
