The Webdoc “Il richiamo della tradizione”, created in the form of a inquiry, educates the consumers by reporting the current conditions and problems around the Venetian lagoon area and the lack of importance given to the Venetian cake craft and how tourism has changed its consumption and the production. The main aim of this inquiry is to give the consumers a chance to understand these problems,to re-educate them and to help them consume in a more reasonable way.
