The artwork shows all the wanted by the FBI grouped by type of crime committed. Each line is defined - starting from the center - by total rewards allocated for each type of crime, by the first three nations of belonging, by the average age, by category and by the number of criminals arranged in radius around their hexagons.
The size of each flag is related to the number of criminals belonging to each category. In case of equal position in ranking all the flags are shown.
