Chaplin is a slightly reverse stress sans serif typeface inspired by the devanagari script. The organic letterforms in Devanagari influences the formation of the Latin characters.
Chap is a work in progress with 3 weights (Bold, Light, Hairline). It aims to have it's Devanagari counterpart as well.
It was designed under the guidance of Tal Leming and it would not have been possible without the help of Henry Becker, Shiva Nallaperumal, Satyaraj Purohit, Lipi Raval and Jonathan Pinhorn.
