TataLucia helps children in the everyday duty of washing teeth.
Children usually get bored washing teeth so TataLucia wants to make this activity more engaging. If the child uses the toothbrush for the right amount of time a green happy face appears and a nice music is played, on the contrary if he or she puts back the toothbrush too early, TataLucia make a angry face and a really noisy sound.

TataLucia aiuta i bambini ad avere cura della propria igiene dentale.
I bambini spesso vivono l'esperienza di lavare i denti come un obbligo noioso, l'obiettivo di TataLucia è quello di rendere questa attività più interessante e divertente. Se il bambino per il giusto quantitativo di tempo, TataLucia ricompensa i suoi sforzi illuminando una faccina verde e suonando una musica di vittoria; tuttavia, se il tempo speso a spazzolare i denti viene giudicato insufficiente, TataLucia ammonisce il bambino illuminando una faccia rossa imbronciata e producendo un suono fastidioso.

TataLucia uses different LEDs to give the child a visual feedback, and a buzzer to give the child a sound feedback.
A photoresistor checks if the toothbrush is inside TataLucia or not.
- 1 photoresistor: Checks if the toothbrush is inside TataLucia
- 1 red LED: ”The time is not finished, keep brushing!”
- 3 yellow LEDs: each one gets lighted every 20 seconds. Visual feedback
- 1 green LED: ”Good! You did it! You can stop brushing”
- 1 buzzer: Sound feedback -> nice music when green LED is lighted, really annoying noise when red LED is lighted)
