PROJECT TIMELINE
In total the project lasted over seven months, however, be main operations were executed in the course of six months: from February to July 2015
LOGO AND COLORS
As both the teams: Bitsapphire and Kokrra decided on the product naming, we jumped into designing the logo.
Going for somthing slightly unconventional, the icon was created from subtracting parts of the contour of a diamond-shaped rock, while the typography remained slick and clear.
FEATURES’ ILLUSTRATIONS AND ICONS
As a large number of features had to be introduced, with no pre-designed icons and representations existing in the BitShares environment, we took a close approach to them, while trying to create easy to read icons and well detailed illustrations.
UI/UX
Moonstone is a desktop app, and as such, we had to design the ultimate UX for the users. Dealing with financial values, the app had to be easy to use and reliable, thus we, with the input of Bitsapphire decided to use Google Material Design principles to design the UI of the app.

Social media played a major role on the campaign, thus an extensive work was done on covers, profile pictures, illustrations and animations throughout media and content.
