Herminia was a woman who travelled the world driven by her infatuation with food.
It never mattered where she was as long as there was a kitchen there.
She learned new recipes, tried different dishes, and mastered new techniques.
Her mother would always tell her that the fastest way to any (especially a man) person’s heart,
was through their stomach. During her travels she realized one thing.
No matter where she was, everyone loved and was familiar with one dish: burgers and fries.
Upon her arrival in Egypt, she launched her own diner, Herburger,
to share the love and comfort she finds in food.
