The project started off with the understanding of corporeal transformations and the relationship between clothing and the human body. What particularly inspired me was how clothes could create or give an illusion of a body of their own. We are so fixated on the idea of clothes made to fit the body well instead of using them as molds to take any shape, and transform the body as we know it.
