Founded by a food scientist, Mantoushe is a build-your-own-meal eatery based in Dubai that offers fully customizable wraps, salads and juices. With a strong belief that healthy food fuels us for a healthy lifestyle, the restaurant boasts fresh, natural ingredients that are cooked, baked and chopped on order everyday in their open kitchen.

I was invited to re-design their packaging and menu. Working only with an existing logo, the project involved identifying core brand values and further translating them into graphical elements as part of a comprehensive Mantoushe visual identity.

The packaging and collaterals are designed with Mantoushe's core belief of serving fresh, real food, in mind. Wraps are minimally packaged with a branded sealing sticker that is economical while helping reduce excessive packaging waste. While brand information cards are printed in a reduced black and white on recycled kraft paper.
