UNUSUAL MINDS X FONZWORTH BENTLEY
Unusual Minds teams up with G.O.O.D. Music's own Fonzworth Bentley for the release of his highly anticipated mixtape C.O.L.O.U.R.S. The title(which stands for Cool Outrageous Lovers Of Uniquely Raw Style) first emerged as a song on Kanye West's "Can't Tell Me Nothing" Mixtape in 2007. Since then, fans have been anxiously awaiting to see just how cool & outrageous Mr. Bentley truly is.
Unusual Minds connected with Hip Hop's #1 Gentleman when he first reached out to them via twitter. In Feb.
Fonzworth Stated to them "U guys do some dope stuff u may be the cats I'm lookin for....". With that being said These creative thinkers set out to prove to him that they indeed were the people he was looking for.
In early April, they got an idea to develop a concept cover to Fonzworth's C.O.L.O.U.R.S. release. Not certain if he even had a cover, they put the finishing touches to their idea & in an act of faith submitted the Art directly to the man himself.
Fonzworth, In approval of the fan art, expressed how pleased he was & like a true gentleman reached back out to them to bounce ideas & further develop the concept. Together the 3 of them conversed & eventually settled on a final Design.
