A project completed while at university and required me to self promote myself with an idendity, brand guide, stationary, a pack and promotional item of my choice. My logo uses my name with a font I made myself and a design that best represents me as a designer. The middle 'O' of my name looks like a trackpad on a computer to show that I am a modern designer espicially with it being a trackpad and not a mouse.
The pack to hold all the stationary needed to link towards my logo so I made the pack look like a laptop to satndout more than a regular pack with components. The pack contains a letterhead, business card, cv and a promotional item. To make the pack look like a laptop a screen design was done, a keyboard which has each key embossed and a motherboard under the keyboard. The little book that goes with the pack canbe pulled out but not fully so that it cannot be detached from the pack.
The keyboard design within the pack is embossed to give the pack more depth to the design. In addition it follows a similar pattern of my identity as the logo design itself is embossed and has been embossed on each document of the pack.
Below the keyboard was motherboard design I did to add depth to the pack and design. In addition I added a book that could be pulled out from the motherboard. The book has a simple circuit design to follow the pack pattern and explains my design philosophy.
