An event as important as the Cancer Institute of New Jersey's, Award of Hope Gala, needed an invitation equally as moving. The challenge: showcase the Gala in an exciting and fun way without downplaying the significance or seriousness of the evening. A fund-raising event held in the highest regard, we took the idea of cancers being distinguished by colors and simply went crazy. Boasting bold gradients and shocking solids, this piece displays a grace worthy of such an event. The logotype created is a throw back to the beauty of early letterpress and type as form.
