The following series of posts was created during my internship at NDTV GoodTimes on the ocassion of International Yoga Day.
Deriving from the concept of Bollywood dance for dummies ( eg. Play basketball with one hand and change a lightbulb from the other), the concept of yoga for dummies was created. The idea was to make yoga fun to do and adapt and to move from the usual “health conscious” image.
