Cookbook: I Nengkanno' Guåhan (The Food of Guam)

I Nengkanno' Guåhan is a cookbook inspired by my family's Chamorro roots. It is a collection of family recipes and traditional dishes from the island of Guam, an unincorporated U.S. territory known for its stunning beaches, tropical climate and rich indigenous culture. 

This cookbook includes a multi-part introduction on the country, its history and gastronomy and their roles in the current cuisine. Recipes were collected from family members, friends and family cookbooks. Food photography and illustrations are original as well. This book was written by myself with the help of my contributors and research sources, and was printed by Blurb.
