This is an event poster design and 3 other applications I did for a friend of mine and his band that were playing at the Princess Theater a year or two ago. The assignment came up in Graphic Design 2, and I was able to help him out and get a good grade at the same time. The band's name was Satellite Riot, and I got the inspiration for the poster from the music video for the song "1901" by Phoenix (they have similar sounds). I went with a very cool color pallete because Satellite Riot is just that: very cool.
