As part of my graduation project, I created a collection of home-furnishing fabrics inspired by the poetic designs of William Morris and the beauty of common Indian flowers.
To completely understand and convey the essence of each design, I created poetry based on each design, and the element which inspired the design. These poems sing of the characteristics and beauty of each flower, and tell the viewer stories of the depth of the design beyond its visual appearance.
