This travel journal is a visual documentation of my two and a half month backpacking trip through India. I flew into New Delhi and traveled to cities including; Khajuraho, Pushkar, Jaipur, Varanasi, Agra and Darjeeling. As I went further North East, I crossed the border into the state of Sikkim, where I was surrounded by the Himalayan mountain range. Throughout my travels I met incredible people, both locals and fellow backpackers. I was welcomed into families’ homes, fed delicious, authentic meals, and formed relationships with people from all walks of life.
This journal is composed of the photographs I took over the course of my trip. It is a strong and bold representation of my visual point of view, that integrates my unique typographic aesthetic
