When the mind forgets, the body remembers

An investigation into the everyday lives of people affected by Alzheimer's Disease. The project was conducted in collaboration with the Alzheimer's Association of Copenhagen as part of the Codesign Master's Program at KADK. Using film as our medium we conducted in depth inverviews with two Alzheimer's patients and their loved ones and particpated in a "Memory Dance" for patients and relatives. Our experiences are documented in three short film portraits, which were co-created with our participants. The final portraits were donated to the Alzheimer's Association in Copenhagen to be used in creating dialogue and raising awareness of Alzheimer's Disease.
