Finished 8:25 am EST. I'm really glad I got it finished in time!
MY PROCESS
First , I Storyboard/Sketch the frames in MS Paint.
Next, I import sketch into Paint Tool Sai and use the Linework Layer Tool to make the Line-art.
(I outline everything in Hot Pink except for eyes)
Then I colored the lineart in Paint Tool Sai.
Lastly, I transfer the images over to Flash and tween them together.
Some parts were made mainly in Flash CS 6 ;
like the the lighting effects, fades and frame by frame animation.
