One of the first complete projects I was tasked with, during my first year at university. We were given the copy that is included and the dimensions of the flyers, then the rest was up to us. The 'Banner' design style was influenced by the nostalgia and emotion of the spotlight film 'Two Days One Night (2014)'.
I was really happy with the final outcome, especially the typography and use of typeface variants. The blue and red 'banner' design really frames the flyer to focus attention of the type. It is also tied nicely to the front of the flyer which uses a large schot from the spotlight film.
