Bifrost wall paint

A logotype, packaging and a folder for a fictional wall paint company.

I chose to call the company ”Bifrost”, named after the rainbow bridge from Norse mythology. The outer shape of the logo mirrors the shape of the packaging seen from above, while the inner shape symbolizes the bridge itself. The packaging has a hexagonal shape, both for effective transportation and to stand out in a store shelf due to the unusual shape. I chose to make clean and simple design focusing on the colors inside, which are displayed by a label on top, allowing for more cost effective production. The design easily transitions between different packages, folders and potential other elements without losing its connection and clarity.

The packages are shown here using simple 3D-model made in Rhinoceros.
