Diversity Fund  (https://texasdiversityfund.com/) is a new fund raising platform launching in Austin Texas this winter. Its focus is to expand business fund raising across Texas. It's targeted and LGBT and minority business owner who are having difficulty raising funds through tradtional channels. Another unique aspect of their solution is the fact that a business can raise funds through Debt, Equity and Reward financing.
