This is my first sculpture that was exhibited in a public space. After working in industrial design in China, I decided to focus solely on my creative pursuits. Thanks to my skills in industrial production and love for art, I was offered the position of head of production at a sculpture park in Lucerne, Switzerland, where I debuted as an artist and sculptor. Combining my two greatest passions - art and popular culture - I took one of my favorite works from the Renaissance era, Michelangelo's David, and merged it with the T-1000 antagonist from the film Terminator 2, one of the greatest works of modern culture. Thus, D-1000 was born.
