Masters of Postmodernism

For this project I had the opportunity to design the package for the Masters of Postmodernism DVD series. The series is about four of the most influential graphic designers of the postmodern movement: David Carson, Art Chantry, Stefan Sagmeister, and Peter Saville. The DVDs are created under the label Plexifilm.
The design of the DVDs is very simplistic. I decided to use DNA and anatomical elements to connect each designer’s traits and style. The colors and style for each cover were created to follow each designer’s style and the DNA anatomical elements were included in the covers to tighten the whole series together.
