Research raised many issues about the effectiveness of The Salvation Army in the collecting and selling of donated items, resulting in an unpleasant retail experience at their Thrift Stores.
 
The objective of this project was to propose a new service concept for The Salvation Army Thrift Stores in Singapore.
 
THE DONOR IS ALSO THE BUYER
This eliminates the problem of having more donations than purchases.
 
CONCEPT OF SELF-SORTING
From buying of someone elses' "junk" to a more positive idea of passing it on of one's treasures.
 
 
Dignity and Delight.
Upholding the quality of donated treasures.
A more pleasant and inclusive retail and donating experience.
