First model was too big to fit on a bike. It was an awkward shape and not practical.

Second model is more rectangular in shape. It fits into the bike much better and still holds a baby well and comfortably. 

Added feature of the handle to make the carrier more practical.

The carrier is easily able to transition from being on a bike to being carried by the adult user
