I was in charge of concepting and designing Animal Humane Society's 2014 holiday card and art directing the photo shoot. It featured the story of Alice, a puppy mill rescue dog. Because Alice was such an exuberant dog, I asked one of our dog trainers to bring her well-behaved yellow lab who happened to look just like Alice. I borrowed the wreath from a local florist and the snow was quilt batting. It was a fun challenge to create a winter outdoor scene in October, while the grass was still green and leaves kept blowing onto the "snow."
