Cloud Gate is public installation by Anish Kapoor is located in the heart of Chicago, Illinois. According to popular culture, the central themes of the installation oscillate between concepts of dualities. for eg. Earth-Sky, Here-Beyond, Flesh-Spirit. This project focuses on the idea of Constancy and Evolution to bring about the spirit of the city.
this part of the project will showcase the endless possibilities of using a dynamic brand identity.
a dynamic city like Chicago needs a dynamic logo, which a static logo will not be able to communicate, only the shape of the bean will be static across the brand sytem.
the brand system can not only be applied to events but can also be a vessel for storytelling and communication.
a photography app that lets users create visual identity for the Cloud Gate on their own.
the purpose? to create communication with people who have seen the cloud gate as well as who have not.
a conversation between the inanimate and the living. the app has an inbuilt color-picker that let's the user choose the static color for the left side of the logo.
