Paris has a lot of things to be told, to be made, to be experienced and this, 24 hours a day. We like our city at night because there are so many potentialities, parties, cultural possibilities and also this special relation to the time regained. Now, we don’t have to forget that night is not for everybody a time for party, but it is also a time to work and sometimes night is synonymous with loneliness.Our city is multiple : you can notice that finally its contradictions make its greatness. So, it is in this spirit that the second edition of the Nuits Capitales will combine this year an innovative program with moments of exchange continuing so the discussion begun last year during the General States of the Night. They gather especially this year again more than 500 artists in about fifty places, making blow on Paris a new wind, the wind youth, creation and innovation.And finally thanks to the organizers for this week of extraordinary events and shared discovery which demonstrate, if even needed, that Paris will always be Paris.
