location in uptown Charlotte.

To keep consistency with the retro toy ad campaign in local magazines,
Fisher Price Little People were used to symbolize the office and the
management. The guest actually knew who was who. Contemporary design
elements were used to make the invitation unique.

A great response and turnout to the open house.

Since we built a house, I made a comparison, that no matter how careful you are, there is always something you wished you did differently building a house or looking at work when you receive project back from the printer.

To create an economical 1 color invitation to introduce local realtors to the Village at Northside Properties and the Village Sales Team in a fun and relaxing atmosphere.
Solutions
Since light fare with beer and wine would be served, a blueprint of a wine bottle was created to correlate building houses and relationships. The mention of realtor incentives is located in the right corner as text in a blueprint.
Results
There was a good showing of realtors and they have shown the properties on a continual basis.

To create an economical invitation for a premier that projected the edginess of the show.
Solution
The use of the distressed vintage style is to keep consistent with the branding.
