Our challenge
 
Get McDonalds crew excited to sell a drink with every order, convert al la carte to meals and upsize the meals that are ordered over both lunch and dinner. We have found that in the past, once the incentive is over, crew do it as “force of habit”.
 
In order to do this we set up an internal campaign that would spark the drive to get staff working at McDonalds to upsell and upsize. Staff members were rewarded with grocery vouchers and smart phones based on sales and performance. They were also ackgnowlaged with a personal certificate to show gratitude from the senior possitions. 
The rollout
 
The rollout of the campaign instore started with pre awareness teaser posters and flyers to create interest and hype around the campaign. The seconds phase of the campaign was to release nother set of posters and fyers to futher inform the staff of the targets and goals and point of the campaign.
