La propuesta esquiva la vegetación preexistente y se coloca junto a ella con intención de integrarse en el entorno y a su vez respetar el medio ambiente, la intención es potenciar el desnivel de la parcela intentando generar una cremallera que se cierre sobre el desnivel y relacione los espacios.
Un objetivo importante en el proyecto es el de dialogar entre lo natural y lo artificial, por lo que la tipología propuesta ayuda a difuminar el límite entre la vegetación y la propuesta, dando como resultando unespacio intermedio dinámico y social que une ambas partes.
Hay que destacar que la intervención no es agresiva con el medio ambiente ya que se mantienen todas las encinas y sepropone una repoblación en las zonas libres sin vegetación importante.
The proyect dodges the preexisting vegetation and stands among it in order to get integrated in the environment and also to be respectfull with it. The idea is to enhance the terrain gap to generate a zipper architecture type that creates a relationship between both sides of the building spaces.
An important part of the proyect is the dialogue between natural and artificial, so the typology chosen helps to blur the limits between the vegetation and the constructed spaces resluting in an intermediate dinamic space that merges both sides.
It is important to highlight that the intervention its environmentaly friendly because it manages to preserve the existing oaks (regional tree) and proposes a tree resettlement where the magnitude of vegetation is scarce.
