Water Goddess Floating is a close-up of a woman floating in water, with her hair fanned out; looking relaxed. The piece is perfect for a woman who is a water sign (Pisces, Cancer, Scorpio), loves to swim, or someone who just likes peaceful imagery. This piece is part of my elemental goddess series.
The flesh tones of Water Goddess Floating are Liquitex acrylic paint and the rest is General's Kimberly watercolor pencil on Canson watercolor paper (18" square). It took me about 24 hours to finish, in 2015. Once complete, it was covered with a spray varnish. The painting has an acid free mat that makes it 24" square and a foamboard backing. It is framed with a thin plexiglass sheet and Swiss Corner Clips, and it includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
