Here are some of the definitions I've done as practice exercies and some have been actually implemented in some of my work projects.

I started playing with grasshopper just to get a sene of what is possible to achieve with parametric imputs and nowi've found it to be a very important and powerful design tool.

With parametric aided desing enviormental and programatic factors can be represented in a more expedited process with can in turn feed the volumetric desitions. It can also aid a ton on volumetric iterations but I find this as a more frivolous aproach to data manipulation.
