This is a video created to deliver information regarding environmentally friendly vehicles. The target audience was specific to one community, which is reflected in the delivery method and the script written for the narration. This video was an attempt to show the community how efficient electric/hybrid cars are and how they can personally benefit. Below is the opening introduction to the video.

I filmed the on-screen presentation clips with my MacBook Pro originally, which was the only option available to me at the time. I imported the clips into iMovie, where I edited them together. I created the overlaying images in Kenote as slides, exported them out as JPEGs and imported them into iMovie. Once the images where in iMovie, I superimposed them with the clips. This enabled me to deliver information verbally, while being supported by images - rather than distracted by images. 

One of the most difficult aspects of all of this, was the filiming. I wasn't able to find a teleprompter-type application to run smoothly with my computer, so I was forced to get a bit clever with my reading. I wrote the script in Word, blew up the font size and lined the document under the webcam on my computer. This created the illusion of me looking into the camera, rather than distracting the user with my wandering eyes. I installed a remote mouse application onto my iPhone, which I used to control the scrolling of the script. My phone is hidden in my hand, out of frame.
