ConsultUs was born from the vision of two Serbian consumer goods experts: "let's get word of the excellence in our country out there in the world." Marko and Stanko wanted a website that would transmit their vision and spirit, with a logo that would inspire professionalism.
After chit-chatting through their vision and biz model, I decided to do both, alongside the motto "We know a guy." All the texts you see at www.consultus.rs are mine, as well as the logo and the accessory design elements (icons on the website and vector business cards as well). A web developer put it all together in the modified website template you see (static, coded is in Jekyll), which I chose myself.
The owners gave me full creative freedom, and I completed the copy in about three days, with two minor draft revisions. Work on the logo and biz cards was longer and more complex, because I kept getting new ideas and refining the concept. All design is vector, done in Adobe Illustrator. I made the ConsultUs font myself with geometric shapes.
Today, Marko and Stanko love their Web presentation, and are networking around the world in pursuit of corporate buyers in search for hidden gems in the ex-Yugoslavia supply market. Good luck, folks!
