EXTRACTION is a hypothetical coffee roaster that is stationed down in St. Petersburg, Florida. It is derived from the love of coffee and the varieties around the world. The coffee is categorized by one of the most important factors when it comes to growing coffee beans; the altitude. EXTRACTION breaks down into five series of coffees: ALPHA, BRAVO, CHARLIE, DELTA, ECHO, each one signifying an altitude range, which is directly related to the flavor complexity they achieve. My goal was to visually communicate the shift in flavor, and inform the consumer. As previously stated, variety is part of our culture, so the packaging is designed to hold a much smaller capacity with the goal of variety and freshness in mind.
