During my internship at 3M company I got a great experience in event management.
3M management made a decision to take part in annual art picnic - Freaky Summer Party (Minsk) to boost brand and company recognition of 3M in Belarus.
We created a spot where 3M products were presented in very entertainmental ways.
One of solutions was to present the medical products as a part of 3M spots where a beautiful nurse will measure the rhythm of happiness of any Freaky Summer Party visitor. Of course, it is an abstract cooked-up measurement. After the measurement (with 3M stethoscope), the nurse puts the result into the special 3M leaflet I developed.

There are 3 fillable fields: name of a pacient, rhythm of happiness index and the medical receipt. The last field is the funniest because all the instrustions in the reciept are funny or sweet (like eat more chocolates and play only badminton etc.).
As the result we have not a usual leaflet but a memory of a good day. It is personalized (there is a name, personal measurement and personal funny wishing.
The design of the leaflet was created according to our goals on the Freaky Summer Party and, of course, according to guidelines of th company.
