Tagine: the Taste of Morocco ebook started with the idea of creating a cookbook on how to cook lamb. Although many places eat lamb, the Moroccan tagine was specifically interesting because of the variation of preparation depending on the region. I was also heavily inspired by Morroccan and North African patterns. The various patterns in the cookbook reflect the patterns of this region of the world - from its textiles to its tiles. Each section of the cookbook has its own pattern and color.
