When you are the first creation of Dr. Frankenstein but you do not meet his criteria to be his scientific break through due to flaws in your design, he makes you his assistant because, why waste you? Then when you are left in charge of fixing the flaws of your design in another creation, you use that half a brain you have to try and fix his new creation so he can recognize your unique capabilities.
