Includem is a Glasgow charity working with vulnerable young people who have troubled and chaotic lifestyles. The support they provide leads to better outcomes for young people who otherwise may have been headed for residential care or young offender institutions. The theme of the report was to show the journey to a better life and to highlight the fact that the custody for these young people is often times hugely expensive compared with intensive support to lead them out of trouble and towards a better life.
