A mirror designed to enhance the ‘bad touch’ look of the Panigale, with the goal of adding more value to the bike components.

Materials and processes were analyzed in order to determine the design viability. After picking the most suitable processes and details the mold configuration was defined, setting partition lines and injection points of each part (Including lifters and cuts for the mirror housing). Finally, depending on each process/part a potential failure analysis was done.
