Dwight David Howard is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was selected first overall by the Orlando Magic in the 2004 NBA draft.
After Dwight Howard's recent sneaker deal with Peak, it is now the perfect time to update his personal logo. Inspired by Dwight Howard’s famous Superman dunk in the 2008 NBA Slam Dunk Contest, I created the logo in the shape of the Superman cape. The logo also embodies Dwight Howard’s initials. Two letter Ds at the edge of the cape shape the negative space into a letter H, as well as a road signifies moving forward. The low angle view of the letter H also represents the tallness of Dwight Howard.
