Dimensions Packaging

I wanted to create an eco friendly alternative to the excessive delivery packaging we receive today, I decided to try make the delivery an experience, from the moment you go to purchase your product to when you receive it. By using Eco-friendly papers the user would be able to recycle/ reuse their packaging. I wanted to make my packaging interesting to encourage the customer to reuse it for another purpose. I used origami to create my packaging (the packaging featured in the photographs are only prototypes).

To make the delivery an experience I designed a website where the user would be able to pick and choose their own unique packaging, by picking their desired paper, style packaging etc.
When creating my website I used anchor points to allow the user to be brought to the next stage of their process. I used illustrator to create a pattern that would appear and disappear as the page scrolled; Importing these into Muse I was able to apply opacity effects to allow the pattern to appear as the page went down.
Above is my final logo design with the footer pattern on the website. I went with the name 'Dimensions' because I felt it fitted with the origami packaging.
Below is an image of the rough logo idea generation.
