„The loop duet Flieder draws with effect- playful guitars and propelling beats melancholy sceneries between postal rock and Triphop. Nevertheless, the musical sceneries of the duet are not as as delightfully as the tape name might suggest. A late-summery carefree nature can be developed quickly into a winterstorm, a pulsating city can go down in the melodious noise chaos set. Now and then linguistic sampels creep into the instrumental songs and tell about human abysses or about lastingness and tolerance. Nevertheless, these word phrases are the only preproduced samples of the duet.“
The most important in this project for me was to visualise the melancholy and the emotionally loaded music. The picture was taken in the Swiss mountains, etited and then transformed to the cover for CD and LP.
