Site Re-architecture and Redesign
User Experience Strategy, Information Architecture, Interface Design
The Project:  I was asked to re-architect and redesign a corporate website for a Mutual Fund Investment company.  The company hoped to create a platform for targeted content for their distinct customer groups.  This required an understanding of the needs of each group.

Working with a small team of Business Analysts and industry specialists, we conducted interviews with users to determine unmet needs.  The result was a user channel model and information architecture built around the real tasks these users perform while providing discoverability of the firm's unique value proposition and proven investment strategies.

In addition to User Research and Information Architecture, I created a refreshed, responsive web design based on the firm's strong brand.

Selected Design Direction

I created 3 design directions based on the firm's current branding.  The selected direction used responsive web features and a large canvas photo style to immerse users in the firm's environment while surfacing key decision influencing data and information in fewer clicks and more accessible formats.
